Luis Alberola

Luis Alberola has over 15 years’ experience in Talent Management, gained working in Audit Management with AXA Group, at international management consultants McKinsey & Company and with the direct approach recruitment consultancy Singer, Danton & Hamilton.

Building on his experience, he created Talent Club in 2003, to help his client evolve towards a Talent Economy. With Talent Club, he has worked with his clients accross Europe on subjects ranging from HR best practices to collaboration based change management.

He has been a leader with an Afplane working group looking to define human capital metrics and is an occasional lecturer in career management at the HEC Group. Luis holds diplomas from HEC and from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
