Talent Club helps its client transform towards a talent-centered organization.

The firm was born in Paris in 2004, within Paris Innovation business incubator. It was built on the belief that a new talent economy is emerging ; our goal is to help clients take advantage of the new conditions in this economy.

As we believe that a new kind of collaboration between deep expertises is needed to adress business issues of increasingly complex organizations, we have developed a network of firms and professionals, with whom we have learned to work.

We have conducted consulting engagements in the fields of strategy and organisation, HCM, collaboration-based change management, HCM technology evolution, networks and communities development and Key People strategies.
